Nowadays, the technology of electronic industry is developing rapidly, and the needs for electronic products renew and swell beyond our expectations, under these conditions, the life span of the electronic products is becoming shorter and shorter, in other words, they can be discarded and eliminated in a very limited time.In recent years, different kinds of electrical appliance, office and communication equipment such as computer and handset are increasingly popularized. Especially, update of this kind high-tech products accelerate incessantly. In the future years, waste of electrical products will enter into an unprecedented fastigium.As we all know, electronic rubbishes have large quantity of harmful chemical elements, If they are not disposed of properly, the human health and the environment will become the victims. On the other hand, electronic rubbishes have a lot of noble metals, such as copper, mercury and gold, which in a certain way can be used as resource. The circulatory use of electronic rubbishes can benefit not only the economy but also the environment.Due to morbidity of the law and code at present, a lot of domestic apparatuses exceeding the time limit are used and junk apparatuses are disposed at random, the phenomenon are quite generally which caused the problems of safety hidden trouble, energy sources waste and entironment pollution more and more badly, the phenomenon has aroused the attentions of every layer of society.Just because of the electronic rubbishes, the environmental problems are becoming more and more serious, so the development of circulatory economy and the promotion of solid electronic rubbishes as resource become one of the strategic choices in achieving the sustainable development.
