An Analysis On Determinants Of Waste Disposal Behavior In Pig Farming

Residents along with the development of the economy,the growing demand for meat,as a pillar industry in the process of animal husbandry continually expand the scale of production,increasing the supply of pork to cater to the needs of the domestic pig pork consumption of pork and increase the per capita ownership.However,as the farmers to cater to market demand constantly expand the scale of breeding,a growing number of pig manure waste produced,the form of direct emissions make surrounding environment destroyed farms,water pollution is more serious;And relevant government policies and related measures for prevention and control of animal husbandry to keep up with the implementation of the animal husbandry expansion speed,pig manure wastewater emissions has become one of the major non-point source pollution.Combining the environment friendly society and economic development,the development of circular economy of environmental protection,intensive farms go new animal husbandry.Waste disposal and management based on the previous research,on the basis of pig farms in zhangzhou in fujian province as the research subject,the characteristics of their personal characteristics,family characteristics,breeding,external features,trying to find out the factors that affect the behavior of the disposal of waste,the hope can give local government about industrial pollution prevention and control of pigs provide certain theoretical basis for policy making.Based on the evolution of zhangzhou pig industry as a starting point,through statistical yearbook data from 1995 to 2014,scale of pig breeding in zhangzhou,pig production,waste pollution status quo and difficulties,and on the basis of theory,the author in zhangzhou as the range of investigation,through a random sample of four different county(city,area)questionnaire survey to 100 pig farmers to access and telephone interviews in the form of a deep investigation,finally obtain 98 questionnaire;Measured using multivariate Logistic model to organize data analysis,finally found that the sex of the farmers,feeding size,the geographical position of farms,farmers engaged in agricultural labor force,the biogas subsidies and pool volume waste disposal way of pig farmers choose to have a significant impact.With reference to the results of the study with the local waste pollution present situation,the author puts forward some Suggestions on enlightenment:(1)through the surrounding pollution as promotional material of actual case,the farmers to make local residents and farmers aware of aquaculture waste emissions at the seriousness of the pollution caused by achieve zero tolerance for waste pollution.(2)adjust measures to local conditions of the specific location on the local farms,take different subsidies and policy support,to improve the environmental protection facilities,and popularize to guide the scientific and effective method of reducing pollution.(3)improve the pig industry the usage of the digester,improve the biogas utilization.
