| Jiaozhou Bay that located on the strand of Yellow sea,is"mother's bay"of Qingdao.Its area is about 320km2, and its littoral especially the east and the northeast is the industry area of Qingdao.In the meantime,the mariculture the Jiaozhou Bay is also very flourishing.Along with development of society and economy, sewage that discharge into the Jiazhou Bay is increasing year by year,and the water quality of the Jiaozhou Bay is deteriorated yearly.The Jiaozhou Bay is the typical semiclosed bay,so its water exchange ability is infirmness, and this condition is unfavorable for the pollutants to transfer and diffuse, which is aggravating the pollution of the Jiaozhou Bay. Therefore the entironment problems become momentous factor which is limiting the sustainable development of society and economy in Qingdao and is the obstacle of fulfilling the strategic destination of becoming"international metropolis". In order to eliminate the environmental pollution of the Jiaozhou Bay and reach the destination utilizing oceanic resources reasonally,protect environment of ocean,harmonize social and economic development,the article has collected a great deal of natural,social,economic historical infomation and raw data of different resources of waste water. Applying transfer- transformat- -ion coupling model plus calculate environmental capacity of pollutant and total amount controlling model to choose the logical controlling ingredients and model parameter,which is based on spot monitor and is combined with the Jiaozhou Bay division in terms of the function and environmental quality target of the different region,the paper has developes a set of allocating projects.(1)The main pollution source of Jiaozhou BayThe contaminations of Jiaozhou Bay are mainly from land and sea.The main sources of Jiaozhou Bay are Tuandao,Haibo river,Licun river,Loushan river, Banqiaofang river,Moshui river,Dagu river and Lianwan river. According to statistics,the quantity of COD,oil, DIN, PO4-P from eight sources occupy 92%,31%,90%,80% of the summation of main source and mariculture/shipping.(2)Water quality of Jiaozhou BayThe concentration of COD is lower thanâ… type of sea water quality standard. The concentration of oil is higher thanâ… /â…¡type of sea water quality standard. The excess standard rate of oil is 100%. The excess standard rate of DIN is 67%, The distribution of DIN and oil is highest in the sea area of Haibo river,the water quality is higher thanâ…£types of sea water standard.PO4-P is higher than one type sea water standard, excess standard rate of PO4-P is 50%.According to the result,COD,oil,DIN,PO4-P can be seen as the main index.(3)The result of environmental capacity of sewage outfalls in Jiaozhou Bay COD: The environmental capacity of Tuandao,Haibo river,Licun river,Ban qiaofang river,Loushan river,Moshui river,Dagu river,Lianwan river are 38624 t/a,26221t/a, 10100t/a, 7338t/a, 9044t/a, 0.5t/a, 21716t/a, 8463t/a respective ly.Oil: The environmental capacity of Tuandao,Haibo river,Licun river,Ban qiaofang river,Loushan river,Moshui river,Dagu river,Lianwan river are 200t/a, 165t/a,370t/a,100t/a,65t/a,0.4t/a,80t/a,520t/a respectively.DIN: The environmental capacity of Tuandao,Haibo river and its sewage disposa l plant,Licun river,Ban qiaofang river,Loushan river,Moshui river,Dagu rive r,Lianwan river are 2615t/a,1630t/a,1720t/a,10t/a,600t/a,15t/a,1680t/a,1730 t/a respectively.PO4-P: The environmental capacity of Tuandao,Haibo river and its sewage dispo sal plant,Licun river,Ban qiaofang river,Loushan river,Moshui river,Dagu river,Lianwan river are 170t/a,140t/a,345t/a,75t/a, 75t/a,0.1t/a,85t/a,110t/a respectively.(4)The surplus capacity of main sewage outfalls in Jiaozhou Bay COD: The surplus capacity of Tuandao,Haibo river and its sewage disposal plan t,Banqiaofang river,Dagu river,Lianwan river are 37622.6t/a,17788.1t/a,3870.4 5t/a,12736.5t/a,8117.64 t/a respectively.Oil: The surplus capacity of Tuandao,Haibo river and its sewage disposal pla nt,Licun river,Banqiaofang river,Loushan rive r,Dagu river,Lianwan river are 197.41t/a,121.4t/a, 330.23t/a,42.05t/a,12.22 t/a,44.36t/a,519.47t/a respecti vely.DIN: The surplus capacity of Tuandao,Lianwan river are 12.22t/a,44.36t/a, 519.47t/a respectively.PO4-P: The surplus capacity of Tuandao,Haibo river and its sewage disposal pla nt,Licun river,Banqiaofang river,Loushan river, Lianwan river are 142.87 t/a,30.28t/a,201.5t/a,29.1t/a, 50.98t/a,103.49t/a respectively.(5)The countermeasure of Total Amount Control in Jiaozhou BayThe main controled index is DIN.Moshui river should be reduced the quantity of COD,oil,DIN,PO4-P,Licun river should be reduced the quantity of COD,DIN,PO4-P,Loushan river should be reduced the quantity of COD,DIN,Dagu river should be reduced the quantity of DIN,PO4-P ,Banqiaofang should be reduce the quantity of DIN. |
