The Design Of Monitoring System For Sizing Machine Based On PLC

After spinning process and before weaving process,sizing process is an indispensable period in textile processing.Sizing quality directly affects loom efficiency and yarn quality.Therefore,the performance of sizing machine plays an important role in the whole textile production process.By redesigning the control system and monitoring system of Zuck sizing machine in a textile company,the old sizing machine fulfilled the sizing requirements with high quality.This paper provides useful experience for the redesigning of similar products,which is of great applied significance.The main task of this paper is to redesign the monitoring system of sizing machine with Siemens new PLC and touch screen.The research mainly include:(1)The necessity and significance of the redesigning of the sizing machine monitoring system,the present situation and development trend of the sizing machine at home and abroad.(2)The sizing process flow,the mechanical composition and control system of the sizing machine composition,main control parameters of the sizing machine.(3)Siemens S7-318 2DP model PLC and STEP 7 development environment are used to redesign the hardware and software of the control system.The closed loop control module is replaced by FM355,and the communication connection is realized by PROFIBUS-DP bus.The conversion method between S5 programs and S7 programs is studied,and redesigning of closed-loop control program and PROFIBUS-DP communication program are done.(4)The touch screen of MP227 is used to monitor the temperature,liquid level,tension,pressure,and other important parameters.The redesigned sizing machine monitoring system is simulated by Siemens software and the debugging scheme is given.The new sizing machine's monitoring system has higher reliability,better stability and better performance.
