Sizing is the most important working procedure of the weaving. The quality of the sizing is the guarantee to enhance efficiency of weaving loom and the quality of production. Most recently, more strict quality requirement was brought up to sizing by the weaving, it was because of the rapidly development of fibers, the increasing of looms with more fast and tension and the enhancement of the width and tightness of cloth. So the sizing engineering was to be paid more attention. Therefore, study on the advanced sizing technology, then, the influence factor can be found out, designed and controlled, it can be given an enormous impetus to sizing technology.In this paper, we study on the high-pressure sizing technology and the sizing effect. The content includes several aspects: firstly, analyze the technology index of high-pressure sizing, and find out the influence factor. Secondly, achieve the high-pressure sizing technology, it include the selection of main sizing agent and high pressure. The main sizing agent is the first guarantee to the quality of sizing.It must choose the sizing agent with high concentration, low viscosity and high fluidity, so can guarantee the constant sizing rate and suitable coverage and soakage. Thirdly, achieve the high pressure. The nucleus technique of high pressure sizing is to decide the pressure. The pressure has a reasonable range, too large and small is harmful to production. Fourth, the high-pressure sizing effect was proved by the experiment of serous coat fullness, permeability, sizing rate, hairiness and weaving effect.By the analysis, we obtain the technology index of high-pressure sizing, and the high concentration, low viscosity of new sizing technology, it gives a basis to the application of high pressure sizing.
