This paper is mainly studying simulating the overall flow-sheeting of PVC separation. VCM process is one of the most complex chemical processes in the world. The modeling method is used in fractionating tower simulation. VCM process mainly included: water scrubber alkaline washing tower low pressure rectification tower high pressure rectification tower residue rectification tower cooling water circulatory system.This paper studies separation process with highly non-ideal materials and presents a "two-tier approach" concept to simulate the process in a real-time speed. This concept and technique is based on rigorous model and has a satisfactory precision and feasibility. By use of this concept and technique, a dynamic real-time simulator has been developed for the whole process of the PVC in the chemical plant. Dynamic simulation system finally formed is also used to the real time simulation and practical process, which obtain the good effect.
