| Drilling engineering is an important way to get oil resources.It is a project with complex technology,high cost and high risk.During actual drilling engineering,some unsafe accidents such as blowout and wells kick are often caused by operators who have improper operations.It does great harm to the person’s safety of driller,and also leads to certain economic losses.Therefore,it is imminent to strengthen technical training of drillers.In recent years,with the continuous development of virtual reality technology,it has been applied to each field.Virtual reality technology which is established by many virtual simulation systems has played an important role in training.If the virtual reality technology is applied to drillers training,it will take the advantages in reducing training costs and improving training efficiency because of its high fidelity and immersive sense,Firstly,the equipment and drilling process of the oil drilling is analyzed in this thesis.Then it introduces that the 3D modeling software is used to establish a model of the drilling equipment,optimize the model and sets up the entire virtual 3D.By introducing how to use virtual simulation software Unity 3D to complete the virtual roaming and interactive control.According to the Unity 3D software features,we develop drilling software called three-dimensional dynamic simulation system.Finally,immersive roaming is achieved with Virtual Reality(VR)hardware devices so that people can experience the immersive roaming.The research contents and main work of this thesis are as follows:(1)The establishment of virtual three-dimensional well site model.With referring to the relevant data and raw data,the oil drilling wellsite model is built and optimized by 3D max;and the realistic virtual well 3D wellsite is established according to the actual well site layout.(2)Development of simulation system software and realization of interactive control.The interfaces of the entire system including the primary,secondary,and tertiary class are designed by the GUI of Unity 3D.And then interactive control programs are compiled to realize a series of operations such as drill string and casing.Finally,Unity 3D are used to product and publish the 3D dynamic simulation system for drilling engineering.(3)The realization of three-dimensional virtual wellsite roaming based on VR.Through the creation of virtual wellsite’s natural environment,the design meets the expected requirements that the virtual scene and the actual wellsite environment are consistent.Scripted programming is used to complete the first view roaming by keyboard.Finally,hardware and software connections are completed using VR hardware devices.Operators are brought into immersive roaming that can be immersed. |
