The propylene oxide is also called by oxidized the propylene, it is the third derivate product of the propylene as the important organic industrial chemicals. In recent years our country's demand of propylene oxide has been increasing, but the production capacity of our country is still in the low level, and it can not meet the market demand. The polyether polyol and propylene glycol that is the downstream instead production of propylene oxide has been mainly imported. So developing the production technology of our country has been a necessary way. The propylene oxide production capacity of Jinzhou chemical group adopting the chlorohydrination production technology of Japanese company has been 40,000 tons per year, the output occupies the first in the whole country. The whole production process is divided into chlorohydrination, saponification and rectification three stages, and the refined process is one of the important links in the ring oxygen propane product. The safe, steady, high-efficient operation of the. fractionating column during the producing process is directly relative with the economic benefits.With the development of computer technology, the modeling and simulation of rectifying process already become the mainly tools on chemical technological design and operation. The foundation and simulation of the rigorously dynamic mathematics model on the fractionating column can not only study changing of the rectifying process in all kinds of situation, but also make a foundation for choosing of the advanced optimization controlling ways, furthermore it can contribute to improving economic benefits of rectification production.The subject comes from the rebuild demand of the refined process during propylene oxide producing process of Jinzhou chemical group's limited company. First, the article studies basic mathematics theory about building dynamic mathematics of production process and the dynamically theory of chemical industry. Then aiming to the situation of melting reacting, such as two components fractionating column, it discusses the inherent mechanism of the rectification process and builds a dynamic simulation mathematics model of fractionating column. And then applying the model to the actual heterogeneous fractionating column, it finished the simulation by programming. Through changing the operation parameter such as input flow, input opponent, input gas flow, reflux ratio and so on, it makes several perturbation experiments, and has got a series of the transition course curves on components densitychanging of fractionating column, and has know about the dynamic characteristic of the tower. The experiment result proves that the model can predict the dynamic behavior of the fractionating column accurately under various kinds of interference and operations, and its stable state result is normally the same as the reality situation. Therefore the model has more highly application value and directions on theory to the analysis and design of the fractionating column controlling system.
