In recent years, inhalation particles in Beijing is the most important atmosphericpollutant, the continuous pollution has become an increasingly importantphenomenon of pollution caused by the rapid economic development. The 29thOlympic Games will be held in Beijing, the regional air quality and visibility shouldmeet our country standards and values of the World Health Organization requirements.Therefore, From Beijing PM10 pollution characteristics and continued with themeteorological elements relevant research and analysis, the big city Gas environment.This paper uses daily monitoring data of inhalation particle matter at ninestations in Beijing and the surrounding areas from January 2003 to March2007,general meteorological features of six Olympic stadiums during this time. Thearticle analysis the pollution features and reasons caused by PM10 in Beijing and thesurrounding areas, continued pollution laws in recent years, and summed up thecontinuous pollution trends in the Olympic Sports Center Station for the first timenearly four years, statistics its relationship with the meteorological elements. Usingthe meteorological fields' output of Beijing and its neighboring cities simulated bythe Nested Grid air quality forecast model (NAQPMS) during the sustained heavypollution process, the paper studies a typical regional PM10 sustained heavy pollutingprocess in the several cities occurred early in January 2007.Study found: the fall trend of pollution is increasing in recent years; Pollutiontrend of the site is synchronous, the PM10 monthly concentration differential data inwinter and spring is the smallest, each station has the similar pollution level,whilethere is a big difference in summer and autumn, which is about 0.11mg·m-3; Thereare continuing pollution processes in Beijing, Tianjin and Shijiazhuang, thecontinuing pollution in the spring and autumn and winter is frequency, the relativehumidity, wind speed and direction have great inflluence to continuing pollution ,itslarger implications. The heavy pollution occurred in early January 2007 in Beijing isregional. North China is controlled mainly by the Mongolian high-pressure upair, with the wind of northwest. Small wind speed, high humidity and not theproliferation of local pollutants ,in addition to pollutions which are blowed of thesouthwest wind along the conveyor belt to Beijing from Shijiazhuang, Taiyuan,resulted this heavily polluting process on January 5. |
