PM10 is one of the primary pollutants in majority of cities in China.In the situation of the Particulate Matter emissions little changing,the PM10 density is affected mainly by the meteorology condition;on the other hand,the PM10 density also impacts the climatic change and ecological environment.The first purpose of this study is about the effects of meteorological element to PM10 density on the basis of the PM10 monitor value and the meteorological element observed value from March,2004 to February,2007 at Taian.The second purpose is about the indirect effects of PM10 density to climate and ecological environment by making use of perennial meteorological element of sunshine hour and total cloud cover and the negative aeroion density in 2005~2006.The main conclusions of this research are as follows:(1)Using the statistical analysis methods to infer the range of each meteorological element value when highly concentrated pollution weather appears easily and the results are as follows:In spring when barometric pressure>990hpa; Daily average temperature between 10 and 20℃;Sunshine hour between 5 and 10h; Total cloud cover≤3;Relative humidity≤40%;Wind speed>2.1 m/s appear,the pollution weather appears easily.In summer when barometric pressure between 990 and 1000hpa;Daily average temperature between 20 and 30℃;Sunshine hour>10h; Total cloud cover between 3.1 and 8;Relative humidity≤40%;Wind speed between 0 and 2.1 m/s appear,the pollution weather appears easily.In autumn when barometric pressure between 990 and 1010hpa;Daily average temperature between 10 and 20℃; Sunshine hour≤10h;Total cloud cover between 0 and 3;Relative humidity between 60%and 80%;Wind speed≤2m/s appear,the pollution weather appears easily.In winter when barometric pressure>1000hpa;Sunshine hour between 5 and 10h;Total cloud cover≤8;Relative humidity between 40 and 60%;Wind speed≤2m/s appear,the pollution weather appears easily.By the correlation coefficient testing of each meteorological element and PM10 density,the results are as follows:In the different seasons,the significant correlation coefficients of the PM10 density are different.In spring they are the temperature,the precipitation and the visibility;In summer they are the wind speed,the relative humidity,total cloud cover and sunshine hour;In autumn mainly they are wind speed, the precipitation and the visibility;In winter they are the wind speed,the relative humidity,the precipitation and the visibility.It is concluded that float dust weather appear easily when in the spring,a cold high-pressure is control,the cold air force is strong,the wind speed is fast,the cooling weather is obvious.(2)Perennial total cloud cover and sunshine hour have a decrease trend at Taian, which are mainly due to the direct effect of aerosols;the correlation coefficient testing of the negative aeroion density and PM10 density at Taian shows that the rise of the PM10 densities lowers the negative aerion density.
