Research On Theories And Methods Of Group Safety Construction Of Coal Mine

Team is the basic unit of coal mine enterprise, and it is both the starting point and end-result of all safety management. According to the related data, more than 90% safety accidents happened in team, and most of the dangerous factors exist in post and scene. So, strengthen team safety construction is the important way to control and reduce the number of accidents and realize the coal mine safety production.So, this dissertation focused on the safety management particularly on the team safety construction in coal mine. In this dissertation, the writer presents the cell theory of team safety, and with its three major elements, the writer constructs the frame of team safety. Basing on the frame, this dissertation puts the three elements and the team safety construction of large coal mine together. With the efforts of deepening the meanings of the three elements and extending their signification, the method of team safety construction for Coal Mine is finally formed. The method includes 'the three abilities', 'the four standards', and 'the five changes'. This method has been applied to the team safety management helpfully, and it has received the high praise from other coal mines and State Administration of Work Safety and State Administration of Coal Mine Safety.In addition, in this dissertation, the writer analyzed the safety condition of the specifically coal mine, and concluded many effective methods for safety management on the production scene.
