"The market is prosperous according to the famous brand, enterprises exist perpetually depends on quality". Product's quality is the lives of enterprises, its importance is self-evident. One that is with market competition of the cigarette is becoming more violent, Cigarette market and consumer have more and more high expectations for quality of the cigarette products, cigarette competition of market develop the competition for product quality of the cigarette already. Cigarette's weight as important component of cigarette products quality seems particularly important. It needs urgently to carry on research and design a new MWC of PASSIM makers. This thesis through analysis and design for cigarette ROD mean weight of PASSIM makers, using microwave check instead of nuclear check greatly avoiding nuclear reaction action designs one new cigarette ROD weight control system (abbreviated MWC). This system uses the FUZZY control theory, for quickly handle checking signal, the control theory of the single chip computer and communication technique, to finish overall scheme and system hardware which MWC are designed; Uses object-oriented modeling technique (abbreviated OMT) and assembler language,to finish the software design of MWC.
