Research On How To Improve The Stability Of The Pressure Drop Of The Cigarette

The stability of the pressure drop of the cigarette has great impact not only on the physical index and chemical index of the cigarette , but also on the sensory quality of cigarette. This essay mainly discuss a new way of process quality control system for pressure drop and how to adjust the maker's srm system and maker's processing parameters to improve the stability of cigarette weight.The new way of process quality control system for pressure drop discusses the structure the cigarette pressure drop. The cigarette pressure drop could be divided into three parts, which are filter rod pressure drop, tobacco rod cigarette pressure drop and wrapping paper coefficient. Usually the filter rod's pressure drop could be considered stable. The wrapping paper coefficient also could be calculated through experiment. Therefore, during the processing control of the cigarette pressure drop, how to assure the tobacco rod's pressure drop is a main job to consider. This research establish a protocol for the workers to adjust the weight of the target weight of the tobacco rod to finally assure the stability of the pressure drop.The stability of weight has the greatest effect on the stability of the cigarette pressure drop. The essay discuss how to maintain and adjust the parameters of the SRM such as trimmer start position and weight limit, to reduce the long-term standard deviation .in other way, this essay also studied the effects of Protos VE parameters such as vacuum pressure, air pressure, stem guiding plate height and rolling speed on the weight standard deviation.
