Protos70 Cigarette Unit Srm90 System Transformation And Information Management Network To Achieve

This article deals with the reformed project of the SRM90 system of the PROTOS70 produced by Hauni Company, Germany. The functions and interface of SRM90 electric control system are studied and discussed in the article. A new control system is designed and developed by the author using the widely used IPC as the center.The author took part in the whole process of the project from the initial research, feasibility analysis, project design, installation and debugging, to the final running. A unique way of design for the technology difficulty -- the stability of radiation source ~ was proposed and proved correct.The new control system overcame the disadvantages of the original one and developed some new functions for it. The new system is capable of network connections, data collection, and production management of the entire factory.
