Chinese Herbal has a long history in our country. In the 21st century, the status and influence of the Chinese traditional medicine become more and more important when the health concept were endowed with the new connotation. The extracting process of the Chinese traditional medicine is very important to the quality of the Chinese traditional medicine. The technics of the traditional extracting methods has many disadvantages, such as heavy consumption, low efficiency, many impurities, low producing rate and resources cannot be fully used. So it is important to develop high efficient extracting technics and accelerate the process of the modern production of traditional Chinese medicine, effectively exploit and utilize the resources of Chinese herbal medicine in our country.A new method was put forward for extracting the activity components in the plant by decompressing inner ebullition which based on the extraction method of the two step of release and internal evaporation of liquid. In this method, a little low boiling point solvent was first used to saturate the plant in order to make the activity components desorbed adequately, and then hot solvent was added, at the same time, the system was decompressing rapidly, as a result, the low boiling point solvent inside the plant began to boil and the extraction was intensified. The extracted solvent was filtrated and separated and then the same process was undertaken to the extraction.
