Fagopyrom Esculentum, also known as tartary buckwheat, contains not onlycomprehensive nutrients but also biological flavonoids with medicinal propertieswhich is not presented in cereal food. Flavonoids is a kind of compound which havethe structure of2-phenyl chromogen ketone. Various studies shows that flavonoidshave a wide range of biological activity. Buckwheat contains a large amount ofphenolic substances, and their main ingredients are flavonoids. A large number ofbuckwheat products have emerged both at home and abroad, but the buckwheatproducts in our country which is the main producing area are still on primary products. In order to improve the mode of production and improve the added value ofbuckwheat products, it is important to improve buckwheat flavones extractiontechnology so as to provide certain reference for the industrialized production ofbuckwheat. At present, there are many reports on buckwheat flavones extraction, But theyhave some disadvantages in industrial production. Decompressing inner ebullition is anew type of extraction technology in recent years: the first is to use a small amount oflow boiling point solvent soakage samples, making the rapture components fullyinfiltrate, and then add another kind of high boiling point extraction solvent, let thesolvent inside the material boil before diffusion and extract components. This paperfirstly use the response surface method to optimize extraction conditions for the seedsof Fagopyrom esculentum.Decompressing inner ebullition is a complex process because the experimentalfactors interact with each other. In order to explore the interaction between experiment factors and their influence on the yield of flavonoids, we havedo thesingle factor experiment to fully examine the influence of various experimentalfactors on the yield of buckwheat flavonoids. The parameters of the extractiontechnology were filtered through Plackett-Burman experiment. Then using theresponse surface method to establish related model of extraction, accurately optimizedecompressing inner ebullition extraction conditions for the seeds of Fagopyromesculentum. Experimental results show that the optimum parameters of the extractionconditions: the desorption agent concentration80%, desorption solid-liquid ratio1:6,desorption time25min, vacuum0.060MPa, extraction temperature52°C, extractionagent concentration38%, extraction time5min, extraction material-liquid ratio1:16,extracted twice, the yield of flavonoids up to2.62%...
