According to the Environmental Impact Assessment Technique Guide Ruled by The People Republic of China, this paper presented the program analysis, current conditions survey about surrounding environment quality and the pollution burden forecast about hot rolled ultra-thin strip reconstruction project, depending on these results, pollutant influence to surrounding environment were analyzed ,and the methods and actions of the environment protection and control of pollution were put forward.After getting to manufacture about the project of technological transformation of hot rolled ultra-thin strip in Tonghua Iron & Steel (Group)Co., Ltd , The main environmental pollutant include the industrial waste gas produced in production and the organic waste water which contains volatile hydroxybenzene etc. By analogy with exising contamination , this paper forecasted the kinds and burden of each contamination in exhaust gas and waste water , and analyzed the impact caused by exhaust gas and waste water . The idiographic countermeasures to each contaminations are put forward in this paper : the dust is collected by the collector, then be discharged from the chimney stalk after purified in the impulse baghouse precipitator or the wet dust collector. The after-treatment waste gas pollutants can meet the third class requirements in GB9078-1996 and GB16297-1996. The waste water is drained into the plant side production network of drains after treated in the rotational flow sedimentation tank and the secondary horizontal flow basin, the quality of the after-treatment water can meet the second grade requirements in the GB13456-92.At the same time , the measures linked with the condition of Tong Gong that control overall quantity and substitute for exising measure are put forward in the paper in order to make environment ameliorate .
