Environment Impact Analysis And Protecting Countermeasure About The Construction Engine Project Of Brilliance-auto Limited Company

According to the Environmental Impact Assessment Guide of the People's Republic of China, this paper presented the program analysis, current condition surveys and the pollution burden forecast about the project of the Construction Engine Project of Brilliance-auto Co.Ltd and the protecting countermeasures of pollution were put forward depending on these results.After operation, the main environmental problems are the test-drive exhaust and organic wastewater contained oil and emulsion. The impact caused by test-drive exhaust containing CO and NO_x was predicted according to the environmental axis concentration mode and presented a disposal method of flocculation plus super filtration to organic wastewater to enhance COD removel and meet with discharge standard.Through comprehensive analysis, the construction process is advanced, waste water disposal technology and facilities are dependable, the technics of disposal can reach national advanced level and discharge concentration of contaminants can meet with standards. However, there is also risk.In this paper, the main pollutant emission positions in the process of the engine production are indicated, including the methods of the prevention and control of pollution.
