Research On Practice Work For Occupational Safety & Health Management System

It is shown in productive practice that the accident still happened only based on safety technical system and human reliability. The most important reason in complex system accident is the manage factor which affect on safety technical system and human reliability. The management focuses on the prediction of accident based on system safety standardization. The management of safety is all employees, all process, and all orientation, which is used extensively. However, there are some defects, such as, complication of practical management, breaking away the standard system. How do we found a suitable standard safety management system based on the standard need? So, the author does some research on practice work linking with enterprise.This paper is focus on construction safety management standardization of electric network based on occupational health and safety management system. The impersonality condition of power grid construction safety management is analyzed, and the significance of construction safety management standardization of electric network is given. This author gives the nine principles, exterior inwrought institution, and flow conformity and improvement in this paper, which is the theory foundation for practice research.Firstly, the construction management and construction safety management is expatiated based on project management theory. Secondly, the organize structure and the mode of construction safety management is introduced. Thirdly, the conformity route of the quality control system and practical theory of the management mode is given by understanding the methods of management system and learning GB/T28001—2001. Furthermore, the practical research is developing based on the theory mentioned above.For improving the specialty of the research results, many factors is considered, such as the knowledge of safety theory, the mode and actuality of Yunnan power grid construction project management, combining the standardized method and practice. The mode given in this paper is suitable for standardized management and practice of the concrete enterprise. The support of theory and practice, which is used to power grid construction project safety management a certain extent, is offered in this paper.
