The author has described the departments, links and policies and regulations involved, etc. in the course of constructing the ecological compensation system in terms of the frame picture, and the operation procedure of ecological compensation. The article also puts forward a new plot of establishing the intermediaries, and tries to propose its makeup, function, responsibility, etc..In the research those that relates to the ways of ecological compensation, besides the analysis of the six kinds of ways of ecological compensation, such as the economic compensation, policy unsmooth, project unsmooth, talent compensation, technological compensate and ecological immigrant, we summarize a new type of compensation, "to develop in another land", and have carried it out to get some experience. It is a compensation way suitable for popularizing;especially to the situation with little usable land resource of one's own. What's more, by analyzing the sustainable possibilities of the approach, the text thinks that it is the key element that decides the success of this way to set down the policies of the relevant uses, developments, time limits, etc of the "new land". However, no matter with which kind of compensation way we can't totally solve the problem. Different compensation associations should be adopted in different conditionsand different periods, so that we can solve the ecological compensation problem more quickly and high-efficiently.In the research of the relationship between the protection development and pollution control of water resources and ecological compensation, through the anatomy of the case " the trade of water right", the writer explains that water resources protection development and pollution control is the hardcore of the ecological compensation and the facilitation to it separately by the two real cases of the Andi reservoir and Double-dragon national-level scenic spot.The study on ecological compensation in our country and even in the world is also at initial stage. The content of ecological compensation research is still being expanded, a lot of which needs further investigation, for example: the problem of resources value's uncertainness, the establishment of an ecological compensation mode, legislative problem of ecological compensation etc. It is the very approach of solving the present regional disparate development and regional sustainable development to establish a complete ecological compensation system scientifically, and carry it out in a effective way.
