In orderto simplify the extraction and purification craft, enhances the product purity, thisexperimental study used the ion exchange resin method to extractseparate and purificate thechenodeoxycholic acid, might know after the HPLC chromatogram analysis extract the mainproduct chenodeoxycholic acid's purity is 90.32%. |
