The text started with the feasibility of electro-regeneration method of ion exchange resin, designed a small laboratorial equipment. Systems analysis was shown on regeneration of the mixed of basic anion and acidic cation exchange resins in the electrodialyser, electro-regeneration of cation-exchange resins with double cation-exchange membrane and electro- regeneration of anion-exchange resins with double anion-exchange membrane. The experiment discussed the influence of work voltage , quantity of electric charge, space between of the regeneration room and the type of ion-exchange membrane on the electro-regeneration, analyzed the principle of electro-regeneration and explained some phenomena in regeneration process. At last , the article drew a conclusion on whether the electro-regeneration technology could be applicable to industrial production. Zhao Fei(environmental engineering) Directed by prof.
