In recent years 732cation exchange resin as acid catalyst for more and more attentionhas been paid, widely used in chemical production, instead of the relatively strong resistance,side effects are more concentrated sulfuric acid, more in line with the requirement of greenchemistry.In this experiment, 732cation exchange resin as catalyst synthesis of the three maincompounds, the structures of them were characterized with the IR, NMR etc.Three compounds were optimized reaction condition byorthogonal test, and get the bestreaction condition.1) Dimethoxy methane the optimum condition for: stirring rate is 80r.min, reactiontime is 70min, dropping rate of formaldehyde is 2.5g.min, amount of catalyst2.5g, yield was 93.52%.2) Cyclohexane the optimum condition for: amount of catalyst 1g, reaction time is3h, the reaction temperature is 220亷, yield is 88.72%.3) Diethyl adipate the optimum condition for: molar ratio of acid and alcohol is 1:6,amount of catalyst is 35% of acid concentrayion, reaction time is 12h, thevolume of 25ml with agent, yield is 81.13%.4) The experiment has been repeated use of the catalyst is essentially the samecatalytic effect.
