In addition, economical fast development maked the use of water increasingly in produce and living, it caused the excessive exploitation of groundwater and caused many problems that four springs just as Bao Tuquan stopped spewing chronically and water zoology environment was exacerbated. The springcity losed own feature.Now, This problem has caused the people's treasure. Saving water has become the first work that Jinan achieves concordant development in environment and economy .There are over fourty colleges and universities in Jinan. Along with the development of advanced education, it appears the condition that colleges and universities are collected districtlyo Along with the increase of personnel, campus has become the large family of using water . there is very actual meaning in saving water that reuse of treated waste water is betaked in colleges and universities.
