Because liquid gas has the characteristic of low temperature , high pressure , being flammable and explosive, there are a lot of accident potentials in course of sending and storing etc. In 2007, Fujian Province will increase the new energy --Liquefied Natural Gas( LNG), and LNG will replace Liquefied Petroleum Gas(LPG) to become industryandcivil main's fuel in the large range of the whole province,so it is necessary to study and evaluate the safety of liquefied gas factory. This text has introduced some safe evaluation methods of the fuzzy safe evaluation, DOW chemical fire and explosion, pool fire , Vapour Clound Explosion(VCE) , (Boiling Liquid Expanding Vapour Explosion )BLEVE model and fault tree analysis(FTA),etc. Regarding LPG in the gas factory as the research object and using DOW chemical fire and explosion methods to evaluate and research the gas factory, and then make sure of the danger degree after taking safe compensation measures. Adopting VCE and BLEVE model to calculate the influence radius when the systems of the store pot etc. break out fire; Using FTA to analyze the direct reasons of accidents and then seek to the main ones . Finally,put forward some relative measures about production of safety management and health on the basis of researching and analysis and evaluation. This analysis and evaluation can guide LNG's safe production in the course of the adoption and transportation etc. in factory to some certain extent.
