Study On Safety Evaluation Of The Construction Project Of Baofeng Coal Mine Renovation And Expansion

The scientific safety production evaluation for coal mine projects is the important foundation of the governments to implement the responsibility for preventing coal mine production safety accidents,and it is the important guarantee to control the hidden dangers in coal mines and to ensure the safety production of coal mine workers.The research object is the safety evaluation of Baofeng Coal Mine Project.Firstly,the paper expounds the safety evaluation scope,laws,regulations,standards,evaluation procedures,evaluation methods.Secondly,identify and analyze the risk factors such as mining,ventilation,gas,coal dust,fire,flood,blasting,transportation,electrical,mechanical injury,crane injury and so on,arrange the establishment and implementation of coal mine safety management system,analyze and evaluate the dust prevention,gas prevention,fire prevention,flood prevention,roof disaster prevention,explosive materials transportation,storage and use,transportation system,electrical system,safety monitoring,communication system,safety management system,coal mining unit,ventilation unit,lifting transportation unit,drainage and water damage unit.And then take the quantitative and qualitative evaluation.This paper puts forward a series of specific suggestions and safeguards for improving the safety evaluation quality of coal mine projects.The research will play an active role in promoting the government departments to organize coal mine projects more scientifically and effectively,further strengthen coal mine safety supervision and management,and ensure coal mine safety production.
