As one of the most important energy sources, Oil used to be concerned now. So the higher requirement of petroleum technology has been presented to solve the shortage of petroleum recourses. The manner of second recovery has been adopted in many of all oil fields. During the second recovery, a lot of injection water should be necessary to improve the oil output. But these are all kinds of bacteria in the injection water, such as SRB, TGB, IB, whose growth, metabolize and reproduction will easily bring on the germ corrosion of metallic pipelines. So it has resulted in the huge economic loss and made a great impact on normal production and total economic benefit. To resolve the germ corrosion of water injection metallic pipelines in oil field, a physical method was adopted in oil field for the first time. A kind of electronic sterilization equipment with high performance was designed with electromagnetism technology. And the method was combined with existing chemical bactericide method. This equipment included the electronic device and the circle container. The electronic device provided the appropriate electromagnetic wave, which would be beamed to the circle container. The injection water was treated in the circle container. The results showed it was useful to adopt this equipment for killing harmful microorganism in water injection system, especially SRB, TGB. If this equipment was banded together by chemical method to treat injection water, the dosage of chemical bactericide would be lower, and the effect of treating would be better, and the contamination would be reduced. Meanwhile, the equipment had the characteristic of maneuverability, security and low-cost. So the electromagnetism antisepsis technology of the water injection system has a wider foreground in the oil field. And as a new technology, it should be extended in many fields.
