At this stage in the production process of the gas field,surface pipeline corrosion is very serious,and the phenomenon of perforation occurs frequently.The severe corrosion of the pipeline not only greatly shortens the service life of the surface pipeline,but also increases the operating cost and environmental protection pressure of the gas field.It also has a serious impact on the normal production of enterprises.With the continuous development of the Sulige Gas Field,the corrosion of clean water pipelines and water injection system pipelines has become increasingly prominent.According to statistics,the number of corrosion perforations in the fresh water system pipelines of the first natural gas treatment plant has reached 35 times,and the fresh water system pipelines of the second natural gas treatment plant have begun.The corresponding corrosion perforation problem.After each system was actually put into use,the actual occurrence of pipeline perforation and rupture increased to 1 57(the specific indicator of reinjection puncture leakage was 84),and the gas field produced water treatment equipment produced more corrosion perforation problems,resulting in the final resource The waste is significant and significantly interferes with the final operation effect.Therefore,it is extremely important to solve the corrosion perforation phenomenon through various measures.In this thesis,the evaluation of coupons,the calculation of the remaining life of the pipeline,the analysis of corrosion factors and the anti-corrosion measures were carried out on the specific pipelines of the four treatment plants.Through the analysis of the water quality characteristics of each corrosion site,it is concluded that the main reasons for the corrosion phenomenon of the pipeline are dissolved oxygen,bacteria,flow rate,oil content,suspended solids and other factors;through the analysis of the solid corrosion products of the pipeline,the possible corrosion mechanism is inferred.On this basis,the corrosion solution of the water treatment system is proposed.On the one hand,the target corrosion inhibitors,fungicides and required concentrations with good corrosion inhibition effects are screened out,and the fungicides WT-318 and WT-809 are added alternately(the concentration is 150mg/L).The concentration of WT-225 slow-release scale inhibitor should be controlled at 125mg/L.Realize the effective anti-corrosion protection of the water injection pipeline in the Sulige Gas Field.On the other hand,protective measures are carried out in a targeted manner.Through the analysis and comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of various pipeline materials,such as the performance characteristics,scope of application,economy,construction difficulty and later maintenance,it is concluded that the fresh water system selects CPVC pipes.CPVC pipes are selected for low-pressure water injection pipelines,and liquid composite high-pressure hoses or J55 steel pipes with internal anti-corrosion coatings can be selected for high-pressure water injection pipelines,which further guarantees more stable operation of equipment and pipelines,improves oil and gas exploitation efficiency and enhances oilfield development The overall level is of great significance.
