Research On The Anti-corrosion And Anti-scaling Technology Of Water Injection Pipeline In Qinghe Production Plant

The heavy oil section of Qinghe production plant are mainly in 120 section and 138 section of Bamianhe oilfield.The oil is transported through water injection pipeline.According to field investigation,with progressive exploration of oil field,the water injection pipeline system and heat exchanger had serious scale buildup and corrosion.We have conducted field investigation to find out the reason of corrosion and scaling.Meanwhile,we have studied the corrosion behaviors of water injection pipeline system and proposed targeted methods of controlling corrosion according to real situation.The mail research of work of this paper is:(1)Corrosion investigation of Qinghe production plant water injection pipeline corrosion status and water quality analysis of water injection.Throuth field investigation,we analyzed the internal corrosion status and anti-corrosion measure of water injection pipeline.Based on the analysis of water injection,the corrosion behavior of the water injection is studied.(2)Research on the corrosion and scaling mechanism of water injection pipeline.By self-designed simulating experimental device,we have studied the relationship between the corrosion rate and temperature,pH range,mineralization and carbon dioxide content,during which the indoor locale corrosion specimen in simulant condition combined with corrosion analysis software.Besides,the reason and scaling mechanism of the water injection pipeline is analyzed theoretically.(3)Research on the anti-corrosion technology of water injection pipeline.According to the internal factors,the using effects of bactericide,corrosion inhibition and antisludging agent were evaluated through indoor experiments,and finally obtained the anti-corrosion measurement of Qinghe production plant water injection pipeline system.
