The exploitation of oil and gas field, corrosion is found from first to last, which caused serious economic losses, and often brings some disastrous consequences. Application of the material science, fluid mechanics and other disciplines theory, through the study of the corrosion and protection technology of pipe. Analysis of the mechanism of oil pipe corrosion, so as to help the oil field to conduct a comprehensive, correct analysis and understanding of the dynamic water injection pipeline corrosion, and take more effective measures, bring the objective economic benefit for the oil industry.This paper carried out the following research, and made some important achievements:(1) Through the analysis of the corrosion of the metal, types of oil pipe, themechanism of the interaction between. And the important issues affectingfactors of internal corrosion, water injection combined function of each factor, the mechanism of water injection pipeline corrosion types were analyzed, the systematic study on the factors affecting corrosion static environment, the theory and conclusion.(2) The water injection pipeline internal corrosion can meet the application requirements. Analysis of the current situation of domestic and external coating process, for each kind of anticorrosive process anticorrosion mechanism, advantages and disadvantages, application of the study(3) Coupling corrosion process through analysis, elaborated the QPQ salt bath technology basic process, microstructure, quality control, think of QPQ complex salt bath treatment is the ideal technology joint corrosion.(4) The MPS coating process are discussed. Study on the analysis ofinternal coating of paint, construction technology, quality control, thecoating anticorrosion performance index of evaluation test, test.(5) On the corrosion process principle, technical characteristics, performance index of tungsten alloy, the test application were analyzed. The process overcomes the shortcomings of other technology, is the ideal technology oftube body corrosion.
