How to change the style of wool becomes a new problem to the scientist. Fine wool will be known by people.From the different produce techniques, the principles of decreasing fine wool and drawing fine wool were studied the physics characteristic of the different fine wool were compared.The chemical characteristic of the fine wool and the common wool were also compared. Especially in the way of the fine wool to alkali and the losing of weight in ache under the different temperature.Combined with GB18401-2003 《National general safety technical code for textile products》 and Oko-Tex Standard 100, some suggestion were proposed on the safe measurement of the fine wool.
