China's rapid economic development,people's material life is getting better and better,followed by more and more people become obese patients.Some dual-use medicinal materials have special curative effect on weight loss and blood sugar control.This article from the current obesity problem,aims to develop a food medicine and medicinal materials based raw material weight loss products,the first use of pancreatic lipase and alpha glycosidase enzyme inhibition in vitro model of food medicine and medicinal materials of alternative enzyme activity inhibition effect evaluation,the sifting potentially lipid-lowering diet of raw material,after the effect reducing weight component flavonoid content and yield as examining index,to optimize the extraction process of raw material,to extract active components,through the study on the stability of the product formula,quality index,and to develop a compound oral liquid has a lipid-lowering effect reducing weight.The specific research conclusions are as follows:From hawthorn,fructus momordicae,cassia seed,acid pulp,ginger,wolfberry fruit,radix cyathulae,radix ophiopogonis,bitter butyl tea,liquorice 10 kinds of the raw materials of food medicine and screening results show that the hawthorn,fructus momordicae,acid pulp extracts of three kinds of raw materials for has strong activity of two enzymes,mass concentration of inhibition effect and the positive correlation shows that the three kinds of raw materials have dose dependent inhibition of enzyme activity.Flavonoids content and extraction yield as a comprehensive index,orthogonal test method for optimization of three kinds of raw materials extraction process is: the best extraction technology conditions for extracting time physalis 3 h,material liquid ratio 1:15,extraction temperature 90 ?,the flavonoids content in physalis 68.462±1.254 mg/g,the yield was 14.51±0.32%,The optimal extraction process of hawthorn alcohol was as follows: extraction time was 3 h,solid-liquid ratio was 1:15,ethanol concentration was 70%,total flavonoids content of hawthorn was 100.825±1.126mg/g,and the yield was 16.41±0.22%.The best extraction technology conditions for fructus momordicae 3 h,extraction time and solid-liquid ratio 1:15,extraction temperature 90 ?,fructus momordicae flavonoids content of 82.625±1.218 mg/g,yield of 19.11 ±0.18%.Through screening the origin of raw materials,it is suggested that enterprises should exclude the price factor when purchasing raw materials.Theformula and production process of compound oral liquid were determined after the laboratory test results were enlarged to 500 kg and the operation was stable as follows:Hawthorn,Acid pulp and Siraitia grosvenorii are freeze-dried and crushed through a 40-mesh sieve.20 kg of freeze-dried powder,20 kg of Acid pulp powder and 20 kg of Siraitia grosvenorii freeze-dried powder are taken from hawthorn,Acid pulp and Siraitia grosvenorii.Successively add 10 kg xylitol,5 kg sodium citrate and0.25 kg potassium sorbate,stir well,let stand,filter,sterilize and then fill.The obtained oral liquid is bright in color,clear and transparent in tissue state,brown in color,slightly sour,slightly bitter in sour slurry,slightly sweet in aftertaste,mellow in taste,with the unique fragrance of hawthorn.The analysis of the critical control points in oral liquid production confirmed three critical control points,namely,raw material acceptance,disinfection and sterilization,and metal detector detection.The product quality was guaranteed through regular inspection,evaluation and recording of the critical control points.The total flavonoid content was 8.206±0.048 mg/ml,and the inhibition rate of oral liquid on pancreatic lipase activity was 99.75±0.28% and ?-glucosidase activity was99.67±0.16%,respectively,according to the in vitro inhibition model of pancreatic lipase and alpha-glucosidase.The microbial index requires the total number of bacterial colonies 100 cfu/mL,and the number of escherichia coli 3 MPN/100 mL,and the pathogenic bacteria shall not be detected,meeting the national standard GB4789.2-2016 and GB/T 4789.3-2003.Light test,high temperature accelerated test experiment to evaluate the stability of compound oral liquid,flavonoid content as evaluation index,and qualified,oral liquid of shelf life prediction model was established through calculation with 25 ? under the shelf life of up to 477 days,to determine the compound oral liquid storage conditions as follows: shading under room temperature preservation,shelf life of 15 months.
