Synthesis And Analysis Of Single Crystal Structure Of Some Organic Compounds With Biological Activities

In this paper, two series of N'-(4,6-disubstituted-pyrimidin-2-yl)-N-(substituted-pyridinecarbonyl)thioureas (â… ) and N'-(4,6-disubstituted-pyrimidin-2-yl)-N-(5-aryl-2-furoyl)thioureas ( â…¡) were synthesized from corresponding substitutedpyridinecarbonic acid, 5-aryl-2-furoic acid through four steps using PEG-400 assolid-liquid phase transfer catalyst or ultrasonic irradiation.In addition, the related two series of 2-substituted-pyridinecarbonylimino-2H-1,2, 4-thiadiazolo[2, 3-a] pyrimidines (â…¢) and 2-substituted arylfuroylimino-2H-1, 2,4-thiadiazolo[2, 3-a] pyrimidines (â…£) were prepared by oxidizing cyclization of (â… )and (â…¡), respectively. All of these target compounds are new compounds and theirstructures were confirmed by IR, ¹H NMR, MS and elementary analysis. Theirphysic-chemical properties, spectrum properties, reaction conditions and syntheticmethods were discussed as well. The structural formulas of the title compounds are asfollows respectively:Further more, in order to investigate the relationship between the structure ofcompound and its property, we synthesize some compounds with bioactivities andobtained four related crystal structure by single crystal X-Ray diffraction analysis(including acylurea, diacylthiourea and organoimido derivatives), and have somebasic discussion on their structures and activities.The preliminary biological activities tests of (â… )^â…£ four series targetcompounds were finished in Shanghai Branch of National Pesticide R&D SouthCentral and Pharmaceutical College of Fudan University. The results indicated thatsome target compounds of (â… )^â…¡ series have good herbicidal activities; sometarget compounds of (â…¢)^â…£ series have herbicidal activities, insecticidal activities,bactericidal activities and so on multiple efficiencies. At the same time, some of thecompounds show better activities against virus.
