Bioactive Organic Compounds And Organic / Inorganic Hybrid Molecules

In this paper, there series of new compounds (Ⅰ) N'-tert-Butylaminocarbonyl-N- (5-substitutedphenyl-2-furylformyl) thioureas, (Ⅱ) N'-tert-Butylaminocarbonyl-N-substituted -carbonyl) thioureas and (Ⅲ) 3-(4-chlorophenyl)-2-substituted phenoxyactamido-1,2,4-triazolo [3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazoles were synthesized from corresponding substituted 5-substitutedphenyl-2- furoic acid, substituted pyridinecarbonic acid and substituted benzoic acid through four steps using PEG-400 as solid-liquid phase transfer catalyst. In addition, (Ⅳ) Substituted organoimido derivatives of hexamolybdate were prepared from nitrophenylamine, respectively. All of these target compounds are new compounds and their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, MS and elementary analysis. Their physic-chemical properties, spectrum properties, reaction conditions and synthetic methods were discussed as well. The structural formulas of compounds (Ⅰ)～(Ⅳ) are as follows respectively:Further more, in order to investigate the relationship between the structure of the target compound and its property, we nurtured and obtained three related crystal structure by single crystal X-Ray diffraction analysis, and have some basic discussion on their structures and activities.The preliminary biological activities tests of target compounds (Ⅰ)～(Ⅲ) were finished in Shanghai Branch of National Pesticide R&D South Central. And we Request the Zooblast-molecular biology laboratory of Shanghai Normal University measured the inhibitory rate of the cellular growth of K562 cells using MTT assay. The results indicated that only few target compounds of (Ⅰ)～(Ⅲ) series have some herbicidal activities and insecticidal activities; At the same time, we find that some compound of (Ⅰ)～(Ⅲ) series have apoptosis inducing effects on K562 cells.
