Synthesis,Structure Characterization And Bioactivities Study On N-(acyl)-n’-(Aromatic Heterocyclic) Bis-substituted Thiourea Derivatives

Abstract/Summary:
In order to discover safe and high-efficiency germicide,in this paper,8 kinds of acylthiourea compounds were synthesized under ultrasonic irradiation with phase transfer catalytic method,6 kinds of which were reported for the first time.Besides,the molecule structures of the acylthiourea compounds were characterized by EA,IR,1H NMR and X-ray single crystal diffraction.Crystal:Ⅰ:N-(p-chloromethylbenzoyl)-N’-(4-chloro-6-methoxypyrimidin-2-yl)thioureaⅡ:N-(p-chloromethylbenzoyl)-N’-(p-nitrophenyl)thioureaⅢ:N-(p-methoxybenzoyl)-N’-(4-chloro-6-methoxypyrimidin-2-yl)thioureaⅣ:N-(o-chlorobenzoyl)-N’-(n-propyl)thioureaⅤ:N-(o-chlorobenzoyl)-N’-(4-chloro-6-methoxypyrimidin-2-yl)thioureaⅥ:N-(p-chloromethylbenzoyl)-N’-(benzothiazole-2-yl)thioureaⅦ:N-(p-methoxybenzoyl)-N’-(2,4-dinitrophenyl amino)thioureaVⅧ:N-(p-chloromethylbenzoyl)-N’-(4,6-dimethylpyrimidin-2-yl)thioureaFour kinds of plant pathogenic fungus were selected as tested object.In vitro,compounds Ⅰ~Ⅷ were investigated for biological activity by mycelium growth rate method.They exhibited different inhibitory activities to fungal mycelia.The inhibitory activity of compound Ⅲ is the strongest,but it’s a little weaker than pyrimethanil(the standard compound).
