Although there is a distance between the weighing accuracy of the WIM and the WIS, the WIM has more and more application in the every region of the national economy. Invited by the committee and government of the Dafang County, we design a set of automation weighing system for the ten colliery of this county, under the current conduction. This system is composed by the software and hardware. The hardware mainly include steelyard set( the mineral well already has the orbit part), data collection system, signal adjusting system, signal processing system. The software mainly is made up of four parties, including data collection model, A/D conversation model, digital filter model and the EMD data processing model.
