| Vanadium Refining & Steel Plant is subjected to New Steel Vanadium Limited Company of Panzhihua, It is one of the most important production departments of the company, there are 14 workshops in all. It takes charge of the steel ingot, cast iron and vanadium dreg separately for the New Steel Vanadium Company. Each process has extremely complicated technological flow and measure equipment, which result complicated characteristics and lack of integrality and so on for propose logistics in Vanadium Refining & Steel Plant under existing terms,In order to make the logistics orderly, especially for the production measure data ,the collection of production measuring data and the logistics tracking system was developed for Vanadium Refining & Steel Plant. It is used to manage existing measuring data, offer good decision support for production management.Logistics for enterprise production generally means the sport course on space and time of supplies for production materials, it is the dynamic behavior of the production system, in other words, the supplies (raw materials, auxiliary materials, accessories, material in process, finished products ) go through each sport course of producing stage or the process of the production system. So if we track the production logistics, we should gather the important production measuring data, and then carry on the track of the most basic measuring data, realize the basic goal for the logistics track. This paper has described the domestic and international current situations of the development and the basic meaning of logistics, and has mentioned the complicated technological process and logistics overview now and the past in survey of Vanadium Refining & Steel Plant, and put forward the constructive suggestion on the improvement of the logistics current situation. This paper has given the collectivity design, the network system design, the database system design, the application system design of the collection of production and measuring data and the logistics tracking system. The main contents of this paper are as follows:1 Analysis the current using condition and interface standard of the Steel Plant's existing basic automatic system.2 Analysis the weight sensor input and output relationship of electronic track balance, hopper balance, crane balance and so on.3 Obtaining the real-time process data of weight, refining number, temperature, components, time, on the basic of L2 process computer.4 Constructing the production measuring data collection network and logistics management and track system, which basic structure is steel plant's L3.The advance and dependability of this system have been verified through the practical application, and the system has met the demands of scene, and has embodied the real time and dependability. |
