| The development of manufacturing informatization impels many corporation establishing corresponding Computer Aided Design and Manufacture (CAD/CAM) software condition, and evident effect is achieved by applying the CAD/CAM software to design, analyze, process, simulate and manufacture the product Using CAD/CAM software to complete the process of machine tool fixture design is a way of speeding up the efficiency of fixture design and improving design quality. But the existing general CAD/CAM software has no integrity technology handbook data software aim at machine tool fixture design. Therefore, it affect the efficiency and the quality of mold design that designers still query the datum, choose parameter, and make a copy of the results through the traditional paper tools, and manually choose and input technology parameter. Thereby, studying on digitization design handbook for machine fixture and three-dimensional standard library is important to meet the demand of engineering technician in digitization times. According to serious analysis and summary of handbook datum of national machine fixture design, and applying modem CAD, database and computer network technology, we put up works on developing machine digitization design resource and three-dimensional standard library. The primary achivement and feature in theory and practice of this paper is below.(1)Firstly, this paper expatiates the basic concept and development process of CAD technology. Then discusses the development trend of modem CAD technology according to the demand of machine manufacture industry by using CAD technology. After has analysed the traditional design method of machine fixture, putting forward a new idea to digitization the traditional machine fixture reference book which is made in paper, and a new way of computer aided fixture design base on the means by applying computer.(2)The function and intension of digitization design in project of manufacturing informatization is discussed in this paper. Digitization design is an important part of the computer aided technology and system integration.It's the base of the development to network manufacture and dummy technology. Production Data Management (PDM) gradually behaves its importance in the process of applying integration manufacture in the field of project practice. It's a key enable technology in integrating and managing the information and processing which is relevant to production, the interrelated organization and personnel. According to digitization design and PDM technology, we put forward the whole project of software for machine digitization design handbook.(3)On the basis of the analysis of the principle of the formula analyzer based on XML in detail, the idea of a kind of developing normal formula library in general mechanics design domain is brought forward, and the software system developed can conveniently create sorts of normal formula library for fixture design, and add, delete, and modify the basic model objects of the formula library to meet the need of different study direction and development of science and technology. It enhances the software reusability that software system developed based on module ideology.(4)The requirement of this system is analyzed, and basic development of the informational resources feeing the manufacturing informatizaton is discussed in this paper.
