Research On The Application Of Reuse Technology For Bra Product Design

With the rapidly developing information technologies and the increasing globalcompetition, how to produce the highest quality of new product in the shortestpossible time and the lowest possible cost, has becoming one key problem for thetraditional underwear enterprises.Many replication of labor was found during the market research. The replicationof design, the repeated development of accessories like molds and plastic，they alllead to the low efficiency and wasting of resources in the design cycle of newbrassiere. Organizing and recycling the existing resources to support the developmentof new products can relieve the pressure of design. The study in the recyclingtechnology has become one of the hot issues in the current study.In order to improve the recycling rate of the brassiere design resources, the studycombined with the recycling technology, discussed the proper methods andtechnology for brassiere design, and finally built the prototype information systemfacing the brassiere design.The paper includes the following respects:(1) According to the present situations of brassiere design, raised the questionabout the massive repeated design and development, and suggested the recyclingtechnology could be used in brassiere design.(2) Stated the concept of design recycle, the recycling method based on CBR, andthe key correlation technique such as design information warehouse technology,design information retrieval technology.(3) Based on the analysis of the design process, stated the source andcharacteristic of brassiere design information, and classified them according to thedesign cycle.(4) Using the correlate recycling technology such as information warehouse technology, information retrieval technology, solved the problem of brassiere designinformation recycling，developed the brassiere design information warehouse，solvedthe problem of the storage of brassiere design information, using the searchingalgorithm based on similarity matching of brassiere individual， increased theunderstanding of brassiere individual, improved the reusability of brassiere exampleinformation.(5) According to the analysis of functional requirement of the system, designedthe prototype system framework and development flow chart of functional modules,and stated the development of some functional modules and prototype system indetail.Put the reuse technology applied to the field of product design for bra, The newdesign of bra product applying the reuse technology can fully reuse the existinginformation resources, which plays a positive role to improve the design efficiencyand quality, shorten the development cycle and reduce the waste of resources.
