| Bag filter is one of the high efficiency filter in the fields of environmental protection. The deashing of the bag is the central technology of the Bag Filter when it running. And that, it is the key ingredient affecting the efficiency and using of the dust-collecting equipment. Applying bag filter to The Power in our country is one of the tasks in the power rebuilding in 21 century. The theory and mechanism of anti-draught bag filter is researched and designed primarily in this thesis, basing on the simple description of the structural principle of bag filter. This paper put forwards the advanced design making the bag house retangle layout and anti-draught piping circum_rotating on the analysis of deashing principle. On the basis of it, the design improves the deashing efficiency, decreases repair times of bag filter on condtions of little power consume with the intermission machine application. At the same time, this technology prolongs the life of bag on adopting the tight steel wire cage and improves the practicality of bag filter. |
