With the rapid development of China’s economic and economic structure is in transformation stage. So environmental cause is welcomed at the same time of ecological destruction is changed. Especially in recent years, fog and haze condition has influenced people’s life badly. China are raising finance and developing supervision to improve air quality. Bag filter is widely used in kinds of field with higher environmental protection standard because of its efficiency in cleaning pretty dust. It is a very long time study on bag house cleaner at home and abroad. But there is much room in the way of cleaning dust. This article came up a new dust elimination method:Study on cleaning efficiency of Transfixion Bag Filter by scouring self-cleaningIn the article, a new bag filter was designed firstly. It had many advantages such as simple system structure, reliable running and low energy consumption. It did well fit this object to experiment the filtration and cleaning stages. The main experiment equipments are new structure bag cleaner, PPS filter bag and fiberglass filter bag coated PTFE. In the experiments, inclined tube micro pressure gauges and U shaped tube were used to measure, control filtration velocity axial velocity of dust cleaning and resistance of bag. Those were brought to the formulas to get the relationship between cleaning efficiency and influence factors.The results of the research indicated that:The dust stripping ratio increased with increasing speed of cleaning flow, the dust stripping ratio increased with increasing dust load, the effective cleaning rate was changed like a single peak curve with increasing wind speed, cleaning efficiency depended on filter surface smoothness. And in the stage of preparing, the article concluded that:bag filter could appear aging in different degrees, the resistance would increase; in the condition of certain circumstances filtration velocity, dust load and bag resistance were linear relationship; and dust particle size distribution in the new bag house filter operated certain regularity. Based on the above conclusions, the paper explained scientifically scientific significance and practical value of the subject.
