In view of the demand for efficient dust removal of coalbed methane,made a comprehensive comparative analysis of existing dedusting technology,on the basis of previous studies and the characteristics of working condition of coalbed methane,this paper deigns a new type of dedusting system named as cyclone-filter system,which is made of the cyclone separator and cartridge filter.Its theory and performance index are introduced in detail.The air flow in the new dedusting system by centrifugal force and inertia,surrounds the wall of the cyclone cylinder to rotate.And then through the cartridge filter.Namely,fine particles in the cyclone centrifugal force with no separation flow to the filter cylinder position and are intercepted in the walls of the filter cartridge.Then,clean air passing through the filter cartridge is exhausted from the air outlet.This is the completion of two grade separation,and finally clean gas discharge.Through the processing experiment equipment,the paper constructs the experimental platform.This paper studies the different operation parameters to the pressure loss,the dedusting efficiency and the cleaning effect,finally determines the optimum operating parameters.The experimental study show that: the dust removal system by two stage separation,can effectively remove fine particles,dust removal efficiency can reach 99.9967-99.9969%,compared with about 19% higher than that of cyclone separator;and the first period of the dust removal system can reach 2872 s,compared with the cartridge filter extended the 502 s,cyclone-filter cartridge can effectively increase the service life.The effect of water sparying in the air on cyclone-filter cartridge performances are researched.It turns out that moderate sparying makes for lower pressure drop and better filtration performance.It has been revealed that spraying via the inertia,surface adhesive and friction force among particles to influence the deposition morphology,and consequently act on the filtration performance.
