With the improvement of production technology,the field of high temperature dust removal has become one of the future development directions.The metal filter bag is more resistant to pressure and high temperature due to its special properties of material and weaving process.the difference between the ash cleaning process and the traditional filter bag,some of the ash cleaning failure problems were caused,which led to the large area of its promotion and use blocked.Because of is different from the traditional filter bag,it is difficult to clear the filter cake,which leads to the obstruction of its widespread use.Therefore,this paper has study on the dust removal performance of the pulse-je metal filter bag.First,the influence of pulse injection parameters on the pulse-je metal filter bag was discussed.Then,the influence of dust insertion and high-intensity injection.Finally,industrial experiments of different gas-solid concentrations under the environment of high filtration wind speed(>1.8m/min)were carried out to explore the removal effect of the pulse-jet metal filter bag filter under high filtration wind speed.The results are as follows:(1)The relationship between the dust removal effect of the metal filter bag and the pulse-jet parameters.Changing pulse parameters by experiment platform,such as injection pressure,injection distance and injection aperture,to obtain the peak wall pressure and analyze the relationship between ash cleaning performance and parameters.The results show that:the optimal injection parameters of the metal filter bag,the pressure is 0.5MPa,the distance is100mm,and the aperture is 8mm.Under this condition,the peak pressure on the side wall is936pa,614pa and 1424pa respectively from the distance of 150mm,500mm and 850mm to the filter bag mouth,showing the rule of the lower>and the upper>in the middle part.(2)The influence of dust insertion and high-intensity injection on the dust removal effect of metal filter bag.Under the condition of injection hole diameter of 7mm and injection pressure of 0.5MPa,changed the injection distance and the number of holes of the injection pipe were to explore the influence of dust insertion and high-intensity injection on the dust removal effect of the metal filter bag.The results show that under the condition,the optimal injection distance becomes 200mm,respectively the distance from the filter bag mouth is150mm,500mm and 850mm,the peak pressure on the side wall is 1134Pa,1530Pa and 1823Pa,high-intensity injection effect on sidewall stress peak value is not big,but the higher the intensity is,the shorter the time for the side wall pressure to reach 100Pa,and the longer the duration above 300Pa.(3)Influence of high filter wind speed(>,1.8m/min)on dust removal performance of metal filter bag.Through the industrial experiment of metal filter bag filter in the filter velocity under different dust concentration of dust removal performance impact are studied,the experimental results show that when the pulse width is 80ms,injection diameter 7mm,injection distance 150mm,injection pressure 0.5MPa,the upper portion of the metal fiber felt filter bag filter surface best 0~9 cm effect,dust residual quantity minimum,per unit area is only 0.82mg/cm~2;The maximum filtration wind speed can reach 2.6m/min,the resistance value is stabilized at 685±5Pa,and the maximum emission concentration is 3.35mg/m~3.Under the conditions of filtration wind speed of 1.8,2.0,2.2,2.4 and 2.6m/min,the functional relation between the resistance increment of the metal filter bag filter and dust residual quantity is y=-0.1293 x2+15.774 x-57.017.The metal fiber felt filter bag can handle the higher filtration air volume compared with the traditional air volume is related to the concentration.Based on the study of the dust removal performance of the pulsed jet metal filter bag filter,it is considered that the metal filter bag has high permeability and is suitable for the environment of high filtration wind speed.The above research results provide certain theoretical reference and possibility for the large-scale application and industrial design of metal fiber felt filter bag,which is of great significance.
