As we all know, the iron and steel industry is the largest energy sources consumer in civil economy. Then, the gas tank is positive to use steel factory's byproduct (gas) to reduce power sources expending and depress producing cast.The text based on the shape drawing of the new tape gas tank that have put into production, the author founded its geometry model and FEM model, used the mechanics theory to predigest the model, simulated the mechanics condition of the model. The text have finished two aspect job:The author particularity analyzed the contact with the ektexine and the plunger when the outside load effected. At the same time, he have analyzed the effect of the intension and sureness because of the error of fixing and construction. The author used the contact theory to found the gap element, and used it to solve the contact force.Because of the tank top is a big fornix's frame, its stability is the key of safety service, and the text used the linearity buckle theory to solve the buckle load of the gas top. The author based on the question in the solving course to suppose manifold circs and analyzed them.Through the text's work, It offer the base for the new typical gas tank's safety evaluate and design, and offer the pledge for the new typical gas tank's series.
