This paper is mainly studying simulating the overall flow-sheeting of TDI separation. TDI process is one of the most complex chemical processes in the world. The modeling method is used in fractionating tower simulation. The main idea of that is according to the dynamic state character of transmission of gas state and liquid state. Fractionating tower can be divided into many sections. Every section would be abstracted as a fictitious theory standing. The gas state and liquid state of every standing can reach state equilibrium. Fractionating tower model is established by establishing model of equilibrium flash vaporization. This paper studies separation process with highly non-ideal materials and presents a "two-tier approach" concept to simulate the process in a real-time speed. This concept and technique is based on rigorous model and has a satisfactory precision and feasibility. By use of this concept and technique, a dynamic real-time simulator has been developed for the whole process of the TDI in the chemical plant. Dynamic simulation system finally formed is also used to the real time simulation and practical process, which obtain the good effect.
