| By comparing several kinds of clean fire extinguishing agents on mechanism, applicability, efficiency, toxicity and influence to the environment, it was concluded that the best clean fire extinguishing agent is heptafluoride propane. According to the requirment of system composition and protection type, and a set of gas fire extinguishing system which consists of bottle value, choice value, check value, safe value, pressure signal alarm, nozzle and etc. was designed based on the principle of reducing toxic gas in fire. And the experimental procedures and methods for the system components was determined. Refering the related standards, the performance of the whole system and all the components were tested. A HFC-227ea system with high ratio of performance to price was developed.Finally, it was discused how to reduce efficiently the product of the thermal decomposition of the system and some effective measures for decreasing thermal decomposition in engineering application were proposed. |
