The high-speed Blender is a food cooking machine that has emerged in recent years.It can break the cell wall of food and promote the absorption of nutrients,which is deeply loved by consumers.With the development of the products,the control system of the Blender can meet more and more complex functional requirements.The control objects of the Blender include heating and motor,and the heating technology is mainly classified as hot plate heating,thick film heating and electromagnetic heating,etc.Hot plate heating is widely used in the industry.The motor driving part includes AC series excitation and BLDC.Due to the DC brushless long life,large torque,but the high cost,high technical complexity,so it is not widely used,mainly limited to apply to high-end products.In this thesis,the hardware system and software system of the whole control system of the Blender are designed based on the system requirements of the Blender.The overall control scheme adopts the dual-core drive scheme,the main function of slave machine is signal acquisition and load drive,and the main function of host machine is application design.The main research content is divided into the following parts.The first part is hardware circuit design.Hardware circuit including EMC filter module circuit,switching power supply circuit,heating disc drive circuit,motor drive circuit,voltage detection circuit,current detection circuit,thermistor measuring circuit,hall sensor detection circuit,main chip control module,display driver module,the key driver module,a buzzer driver module.The second part is software design.Software design overall framework design,driver design,detection program design,application program design,intelligent programming and fault detection program design.The driver includes the design of dual-core communication protocol,the motor driver and the heating plate driver.The sensor detection program includes voltage and current detection,temperature detection,water level detection,boiling point detection,speed detection,etc.The application includes a buzzer handler,a digital tube and LED light handler,a key handler,and a cooking process handler.Intelligent programs include wifi communication processing,data analysis,data reporting and processing;The fault detection program includes sensor fault detection,load anomaly detection,and misoperation detection.The program file contains the driver layer,the detection layer and the application layer,forming a complete control system.The third part of the system test,including hardware test and software test,according to the design standards to test the functional correctness and reliability of the system.The fourth part is the summary and prospect.
