It is subject of designing and planning of the geological hazard information management system supported by the GIS,and explains the theory of design , the establishment of database and model about geological hazard MIS based on GIS. The basic design of applicative software about GHMIS on the basis of preceding analysis is realized in this article , and the demonstration of geological hazard region-planning evaluation and prediction has also been: built up by using the data from HuBei Province. Its main achievement of research is as fellow:1, A set of viable ways is put forward in the physicial design , the conceptual design , the logical design of spatial database by adopting the database technology ,and the model of mine GHMIS regional-planning evaluation is built up by making use of vague mathematic theory.2 , Some tools of Mapinfo are integrated into the applicative system by relying on VB and Mapinfo7.0, and you can connect the database of Mapinfo with attribute database of ACCESS to realize the functions of inquiry and management by taking programmers codes.3 , The integrated cross-platform secondary development of applicative GIS software is adopted in this article by using two methods of OLE Automation andMapX technology,and ,it can also realize the coupling function without any obstruction, by making full use of the control's function of VB and Mapinfo ..4, .This article raises SR and Proxy Server that constitute firework .In addition data enciphering technology should be used to enforce Network safety.5 , The demonstration of geological hazard regional-planning evaluation and prediction has been built up by using the geological hazard information management system supported by the GIS in HuBei Province,The results are better and suggest GHMIS on the basis of GIS is reliable in geological hazard risk region-planing evaluation and prediction. |
