This paper emphasizes on the study of using industrial waste residue to improvethe burnability of raw materials. XRD, ICP, SEM and ESCA are used to analyzethe preparation and formation mechanism of high intake of C3S in clinker under lowertemperature(1450℃). The industrial buring system are discussed by simulating theindustrialization production in lab. In this paper, the formation of high intake of C3S clinker under lowertemperature(1450℃) was studied firstly . Results from experiments are follows,When 7% raw materials are substituted by phosphorous slag and KH is 0.98 SM is 2.2and IM is 1.6,the high intake of C3S clinker can be produced under 1450℃.And thecrystallization of C3S is perfect, with numbers of grains, distributed symmetrically.Other phases in clinker are better two. The early-age compressive strength is over30Mpa and later-age is over 70Mpa. The operation mechanism of phosphorous slag was studied in course of forminghigh intake of C3S clinker.The result shows that numbers of minute crystal inphosphorous slag play an role of crystal seed,which can reduce the active energy ofexterior reaction of C3S, accelerate the form of C3S at a lower supersaturation.Thevitreous body in phosphorous slag can not only reduce the temperature what the liquidphase need,but also increase the quantity of liquid phase.
