| As far,a large amount of industrial waste slag has caused the waste of resources.By combining industrial waste slag with the cement industry,industrial waste slag can be reused,which reduces the dependence on natural resources,and environmental pollution can be reduced.At the same time,the burning of cement clinker can improved,and the costs of cement production can be reduced.In this paper,cement clinker was calcined by using industrial slag—Pb-Zn slags.The effects of Pb-Zn slags addition,calcination temperature and holding time on clinker burnability,mineral composition,mineral content and morphology under different silicon rate recipes were studied by X-ray fluorescence analysis(XRF),thermal analysis(TG-DTA),X-ray diffraction(XRD),Rietveld full-spectrum fitting,lithofacies,scanning electron microscope SEM-EDS and other analytical test methods.The results showed that the addition of Pb-Zn slags could improve the burnability of raw meal.With the increment of temperature or holding time,the content of C3S in clinker increased,the content of C3A decreased,and the content of C4AF increased.With increasing Pb-Zn slags content,the content of C3A in clinker decreased,and the content of C4AF increased.For B formulation under the lower silicon-rate,with the Pb-Zn slag increasing,when the calcination is at1450°C for 15 min,the crystal form of material C3S tended to shift to M1 type.The Zn element is distributed in various minerals and is easily concentrated in the A mineral.The Pb element is dissolved in the B mineral.The cement clinker of industrial trials in which Pb-Zn slags was applied was analyzed。The results showed that the crystal type of plant clinker C3S by adding lead and zinc slag was mainly M1 type,and the clinker has a good physical property,and 28 d,the compressive strength reached 62 MPa.It can provide reference for the practical application of Pb-Zn slags in cement companies. |
